Die F\u00fcsse \u00f6ffnen, dabei das Gewicht auf das Bewegungsrichtung vordere (linkes) Bein verlagern. Den hinteren (rechten) Fuss neben den vorderen Fuss stellen, belasten und den vorderen Fuss gut schulterbreit in Bewegungsrichtung (nach links) schieben (Position 1). Die F\u00fcsse in gleicher Art zur\u00fcck zu Position 0 bewegen, danach zu Position 2 und wieder zur\u00fcck zu Position 0.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nach einem kleinen kaiten nach links f\u00fchrt man die Fussbewegungen in gleicher Weise nach vorne und hinten durch. Nach einem kaiten wiederholt man die gleichen Bewegungen im andern hanmi. While the feet are opened, the body weight is put on the front (=left) foot regarding the direction of the movement. The back (=right) foot is put next to the front foot, loaded with the body weight, then the front foot is placed on the left and shoulder width apart from it. Now one is standing on position 1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Back to position 0: the back (=left) foot is put next to the front foot, loaded with the body weight, then the front (=right) foot is placed on the right and shoulder width apart from it. Now one is standing on position 0. The body wight is put on that foot, then one moves in the same way to position 2 and back to position 0 again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After a small kaiten to the left side, one performs the foot movements in a similar way forward and backward. After a kaiten to the right side, one performs the steps again.
