Die F\u00fcsse \u00f6ffnen, dabei das Gewicht auf das in Bewegungsrichtung hintere Bein verlagern. Ersten Fuss mindestens einen halben Schritt Richtung Position 1 verschieben, anschliessend zweiten Fuss daneben stellen und tsugi ashi 2a ausf\u00fchren. Man befindet sich nun auf Position 1, die ca. 1.5 Schritte von Position 0 entfernt ist. Die F\u00fcsse in gleicher Art zur\u00fcck zu Position 0 bewegen, danach zu Position 2 und wieder zur\u00fcck zu Position 0.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nach einem kleinen kaiten nach links f\u00fchrt man die Fussbewegungen in gleicher Weise nach vorne und hinten durch. While the feet are opened, the body weight is put on the back foot regarding the direction of the movement. The first foot is put at least half a step towards position 1, then one performs a tsugi ashi 2a. One is standing on position 1 now that is 1.5 steps away from position 0. Move back to position 0 with okuri ashi and tsugi ashi, then in the same way to position 2 and back to position 0.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After a small kaiten to the left side, one performs the foot movements in a similar way forward and backward.
