A (Ajikan) steht f\u00fcr die Klarheit im Geist und besteht aus dem Anfang und der Wahrheit, die beide mit dem gleichen Zeichen geschrieben werden. Das Erreichen eines klaren Geistes markiert den Anfang, egal an was man arbeitet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Meditation kommt zwar aus der Religion, aber wir sollen das Meditationstraining als Technik einsetzen, nicht als religi\u00f6se Praktik. Man kann dieses Training \u00fcberall nutzen. Die Meditation steigert unsere Sensitivit\u00e4t. In Japan wird Mantra Yoga genutzt, um innovativ zu sein. A (Ajikan) represents the clarity of thought; it includes the beginning and the truth which both are written with the same character. To reach clarity of thought designates the beginning, regardless of which activity you are pursuing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The meditation practices are rooted in religions, but we should use the meditation practice as a technique, and not as a religious practice. The meditation technique can be used for anything, it augments our sensitivity. In Japan, Mantra Yoga is used to become innovative.
